Underswap Papyrus is a boss that you encounter in hard mode of the game. He is a boss that has 50,000 health, and has a rage bar that fills up when attacking. You can go to hard mode by voting for it at the start of a new game. At the 7th wave Underswap Papyrus spawns, and he attacks.
